The owner of 902 Dockery is now deceased. The property is being sold to a new owner so we will need to clear out
abandoned building fees and charges as well as close the account. The only bill to cancel is #17636
AR account number is 1619 to clear and close

5. Sale of property. Upon bona fide sale of the property to an unrelated party, the lien on such property for
the registration fees shall be considered released and the delinquent registration fee forgiven.
