McCall City Council
Special Meeting
Tuesday, February 20, 1996
1. Call to Order and Roil Call. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Killen at 11:40 A.M.
Ms. Apr and Messrs. Colton, Killen and Martens answered the roll call. Mr. Eckhardt arrived
later. Staff member present were City Manager Gary Shimun, City Attorney Ted Burton and
City Clerk -Treasurer Jim Henderson.
2. Audit Report Balukoff Lindstrom & Co., P.A. Jae Hallett and Kristi Keck reviewed the city's
General Purpose Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1996 and their
audit report. They then reviewed the management letter outlining opportunities for
strengthening internal controls and operating efficiency. After discussion, staff was directed to
address the points in the management letter and to report back at the April 1 lth meeting.
3. Adiournment. Without further business, Mr. Martens moved to adjourn. Mr. Eckhardt seconded
and the motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned at 12:40 P.M.
