McCall City Council
Special Meeting
Wednesday, March 6, 1996
1. Call to Order and Roll CalZ The meeting was called to order at 12:00 Noon. Mr. Martens, Mr.
Killen, Mr. Colton and Ms. Arp answered the roll call. Staff members present were City Manager Gary
Shimun and City Clerk-Treasurer Jim Henderson.
2. Alcoholic Beverage License. Mr. Henderson gave a report. After discussion, Mr. Killen moved
to approve the Wine (off premises) License for Cana Vineyards. Mr. Colton seconded and the motion
camed unanimously.
3. Payment of Claims - Manual Checks. Mr. Henderson presented requests for manual checks
payable as follows: Payable to Officer Rick Vaughn for travel expenses to gang training for $200.00; (2)
Payable to Global Travel for travel of Officer Rick Vaughn to gang training in San Bemadino, CA for
$250; (3) Payable to Police Chief Parker for travel expenses to a legislative meeting for $25. After
discussion Mr. Colton moved to approve the claims. Mr. Killen seconded and the motion camed
unammously.
4. The council then discussed various aspects of the land application project but took no action.
5. Adiournment Without further business Mr. Killen moved to adjourn.
