The Council of the Village of Medina met in special sessio n ork,Tuesday 16,
1971 at 8:05 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - Clerk
All members present.
Mr. Gerald Barnes appeared with regard to a septic system or a holding tank.
There was discussion and he was advised to obtain a number of "perk" tests
to present to the Council.
Wayne Neddermeyer was sworn in as Mayor for two years beginning with January 1,
1972.
Discussed the matter of budget reduction to comply with the new tax law.
Further attention to be given to this matter at the December meeting.
Moved by Arthur Theis discuss the snoile resolution.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers.
Motion carried.
