McCall City Council
Special Meeting, Monday, July 8, 1996
1. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Killen at 11:30 A.M. Messrs.
Eckhardt, Killen, Martens, Colton and Ms. Arp answered the roll call. A quorum
was present. Staff members present were City Manager Gary Shimun, City
Attorney Ted Burton, and City Clerk -Treasurer Jim Henderson.
2. Performance Appraisal - City Manager The council discussed their evaluation of
the City Manger's performance. Staff was directed to compile their remarks on a
single evaluation form. The City Manager presented his list of goals and objectives
for the coming year.
After discussion, Ms. Arp moved to approve a 5% merit increase effective July 5,
1996. Mr. Colton seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
3. Adiournment Without further business, Mr. Colton moved to adjourn. Mr. Killen
seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned at 12:55
P.M.
