McCall City Council
Special Meeting
July 24, 1996
1. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Killen at 7:00 P.M. Present were Mr.
Killen, Mr. Colton and Ms. Arp. Staff members present were City Manager Gary
Shimun, City Attorney Ted Burton, City Clerk -Treasurer Jim Henderson and City
Engineer Jackie DeClue. The Mayor reported that a quorum was present.
2. Public Hearing on Addendum 1 to McCall Facility Plan. Mayor Killen stated
that it was the time and place duly noticed for the hearing. George Wagner then
reviewed the plan in detail. Mayor Killen then asked for public testimony. Since
no one wished to be heard, the hearing was closed. The mayor noted that the
public could provide written comment until 5 P.M. July 25th and directed staff to
post a notice to that effect.
Without further business, Mr. Colton moved to adjourn. Ms. Arp seconded and
the motion carried. The council adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
