McCall City Council
Special Meeting, Thursday,
August 1, 1996
1 The meeting was called to order at 8:00 A.M. Mr Killen, Ms. Arp and Mr.
Eckhardt answered the roll call. A quorum was present. Mr. Colton arrived later.
Staff members present were City Manager Gary Shimun, City Clerk -Treasurer Jim
Henderson and City Attorney Ted Burton.
Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) Site Survey Report and License.
Mr. Shimun gave a report. After discussion Mr. Killen moved to grant the license
for real property for the purpose of siting an ASOS at the McCall Municipal
Airport. Ms. Arp seconded. At a roll call vote, Mr. Killen, Ms. Apr, Mr. Colton
and Mr. Eckhardt voted "aye." The motion carried.
3. Chan2e Order -Contractor's Northwest Contract Mr. Shimun gave a report.
After discussion, Ms. Arp moved to approve the chlorination option modified to
retain the ozone contact basin. Mr. Colton seconded. At a roll call vote, Ms. Arp
and Messrs. Colton, Killen and Eckhardt voted "aye." The motion carried.
Without further business Mr. Eckhardt moved to adjourn. Mr. Killen seconded
and the motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned at 8:45 A.M.
