McCall City Council
Special Meeting
Thursday, October 18, 1996
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:45 P.M. Mr. Eckhardt, Ms. Arp, Mr.
Martens, and Mr. Killen answered the roll call. A quorum was present.
2. Purchase of Real Property - Feers Parcel - Mr. Burton gave a report noting that
the purchase price was $50,000 and that the first $11,000 down payment was to be paid
from the Park Bond Proceeds and the remainder from Urban Renewal because the parcel
was to be used for a "pocket park" as well as a boulevard. After further discussion, Mr.
Killen moved to approve the expenditure of $11,039.07 from the Park Bond Proceeds for
the purchase with the understanding that the remainder of the purchase price would be
provided by the Urban Renewal Agency. Mr. Eckhardt seconded. At a roll call vote, Mr.
Killen, Mr. Eckhardt, Mr. Martens and Ms. Arp voted "aye." The motion carried.
3. Without further business, Ms. Arp moved to adjourn. Mr. Martens seconded and
the motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
