ESTABLISHING A PETTY-CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A.40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A40A:5-21 a Petty Cash
FWld be established [or the Borough of Carterct upon final approval from the Division of
Local Govemmcnt Services; and
WHEREAS, said Pctty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted lor by the
Purchasing Department in the amount 0£$400.00; and
\VHEREAS, the Custoùian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the
amount 0[$1,000.00.
Adopted this 1 sf day of January, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2,2006.
