McCall City Council
Special Meeting
Tuesday, February 18,1997.
1. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Killen at 11:30 A.M. Ms. Arp and
Messrs. Colton, Martens and Killen answered the roll call. A quorum was
present. Staff members present were City Clerk -Treasurer Jim Henderson and
Staff Accountants Judy Sargent and Marie Heikkola.
2. Mr. Jae Hallet, a partner of the firm Balukoff Lindstrom & Co., P.A. which firm
was engaged to perform the annual audit of the Financial Statements of the city,
presented the firm's report on the audit. He reviewed both the audit and the
management letter recommending improvements to the city's internal control
system. He further reported that the independent auditor's report was an
unqualified report. After questions and answers and further discussion, Mr. Colton
moved to accept the report and presented. Mr. Killen seconded and the motion
carried unanimously.
3. Without further business, Mr. Colton moved to adjourn. Mr. Martens seconded
and the motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned at 12:40 P.M.
