Subject: Request for funds — Printing/Supplies Sandwich Boards
Watertown Charter Review — Communications Subcommittee
The Communication Subcommittee requests the approval of funds to have the materials printed to advertise
the Charter Review Meetings. Four Town -owned boards will be placed on the delta, Coolidge Square, the
Senior Center, and the Library/Town Hall. Town staff have provided the information on the boards, the
printer that they currently use, and their approximate costs. Based on the most recent printing, the cost for
each of the posters is approximately $50. There will be additional materials needed to mount the posters on
the boards. We are requesting that the Charter Review Committee approve a dollar value not to exceed $250
for the printing and mounting of the posters.
