Present: M. Terry, B. Harlan, L. Hanson,R. Weinschenk,D. Bault, T. Trigg
1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by M. Terry at 7:00 p.m.
2. Civil War Re-enactment: A. Rambo has requested a change in date for the event.
He would like to have it April 6 and 7. The board agreed to change the date.
3. 2002 Fiscal Year Budget Rod apologized to the Board for holding the meeting. We
have still not received an official notification from the State Board of Accounts about
the alleged$60,000 we need to remove from the budget. It will be very difficult to
cut our budget by that amount. Rod passed out a proposal for cutting the 2002
budget and the board will take it under advisement. When and if the board is
officially notified they will take action.
4. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Motion was made by T.
Trigg and seconded by B. Harlan. The motion passed unanimously.
