Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Killen at 9:00 A.M. Messrs. Colton, Martens
and Killen answered the roll call. Mr. Eckhardt and Ms. Arp were absent. A quorum was
present.
Fiscal Year 1997-98 Budget Worksession
Mr. Shimun and Mr. Henderson gave an overview of the budget development process.
Department Budget Presentations and Discussions
Department Heads presented budget proposals as follows:
