McCall City Council, Special Meeting, Thursday, January 22, 1998
Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Eimers at 6:30 P.M. Ms. Arp, Messrs. Colton,
Muller, Venable and Eimers answered the roll call. A quorum was present.
Executive Session
Mr. Colton moved to go into executive session under the provisions of Section 67-2345(f),
Idaho Code to hear and advise its legal representatives concerning pending litigation. Mr.
Muller seconded. At a roll call vote, Mr. Colton, Mr. Muller, Ms. Arp, Mr. Venable and Mr.
Eimers voted "aye." The motion carried.
The council heard a report from Kim Trout, its attorney in the matter of City of McCall v.
Montgomery -Watson.
Adjournment
Without further business, Mr. Colton moved to adjoum. Mr. Muller seconded and the
motion carried unanimously. The council adjoumed at 7:00 P.M.
