RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3298
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DECLARING A PORTION OF LAS TUNAS DRIVE IN THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY TO BE A PART OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY
SYSTEM OF HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, by reason of its location and travel thereon, a portion of Las Tunas Drive from
Sultana Avenue to 300 feet east of Rowland Avenue, within the City of Temple City, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, should be a part of the County System of Highways; and
WHEREAS, it is the purpose of the City Council of the City of Temple City of said County to
construct improvements and perform appurtenant work thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The portion of Las Tunas Drive from Sultana Avenue to 300 feet east of Rowland
Avenue and intersecting streets appurtenant to the construction thereof, within the City of Temple City,
is hereby declared to be a part of the Los Angeles County System of Highways as provided in Sections
1700 to 1704 inclusive of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California for the purpose of and
limited to the aforementioned work.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 4th day of January, 1994.

No. 94 -3298, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the
4th of January, 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- McGowan, Wilson, Budds, Manning
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember - Breazeal
