Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Eimers at 2:00 P.M. Ms. Arp, Messrs, Muller,
Venable and Eimers answered the roll call. Mr. Colton was absent. A quorum was
present.
Water Rate Consultant Agreement
City Manager Olson presented a Scope of Work and Professional Services Agreement
with RH2 Engineering, Inc. of Redmond, Washington. Mr. Eimers requested a change to
the scope of work Task 5, No. 1 to the clarify that the engineers would recommend rate
adjustments that, assuming no modification, would equitably allocate costs among
customers. After further discussion, Mr. Muller moved to approve the Professional
Services Agreement and amended Scope of Work and authorize the mayor to sign. Ms.
Arp seconded. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Ms. Arp, Mr. Venable and Mr. Eimers voted
"aye." The motion carried.
Adjournment
Without further business, Mr. Muller moved to adjourn. Mr. Venable seconded and the
motion carried unanimously. The council adjoumed at 2:35 P.M.
