1. THE APPLICANT SHALL BE PERMITTED TO MODIFY THE LANDSCAPE
DURING SITE PLAN PREPARATION AND REVIEW TO ALLOW FOR
FINAL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS, PROVIDED
SUCH MODIFICATIONS ARE IN SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE WITH
THE PLANTINGS AND MATERIALS SHOWN ON THE CDP.
2. THE PROPOSED PLANT PALETTE WILL INCORPORATE A MIX OF
