RE: Agenda Item — Approval of Revolving Account
Beginning in Fiscal Year 2012, the Honorable Town Council has approved a revolving fund to
account for the Watertown Free Public Library's public printing activity. The utilization of a revolving
account is in order to accommodate the numerous requests from patrons for both color and wireless
printing.
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44, Section 53E '/, a City or Town may
annually authorize the establishment of a revolving fund by vote of the Town Council, upon
recommendation of the Town Manager.
Therefore, I respectfully request the approval of a revolving fund for the Library's public
printing program for activity during Fiscal Year 2015 be placed on the June 10, 2014 Town Council
Agenda.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
