MINUTES
Call To Order And Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Eimers at 10:35 a.m. Ms. Arp, Mr. Colton,
Mr. Eimers, Mr. Muller and Mr. Venable answered the roll call. A quorum was present.
Members of the staff present were City Manager Brian Olson, City Attorney Susan
Buxton..
Executive Session
Mr. Colton moved to go to Executive Session per Idaho Code 67-2345(b) to consider
the evaluation of a staff member. Mr. Eimers seconded. At a roll call vote Mr. Colton,
Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp, Mr. Muller and Mr. Venable voted "aye". The motion carried.
Mr. Colton moved to come out of Executive Session. Mr. Muller seconded. At a roll
call vote Mr. Colton, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp, and Mr. Venable voted "aye". The
motion carried.
Mr. Colton moved to give the Star News and Advocate a copy of the press release
written by Brian Olson. Mr. Muller seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
Without further business, Mr. Muller moved to adjourn. Mr. Colton seconded and the
motion carried unanimously. The Council adjourned at 2:51 p.m.
