APPOINTING MEMBERS TO TIlE BOARD FOR THE
DISABLED FOR THE YEAR 2006

'Vl-IEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has created a Board for
the Disabled to consist of one member to be appointed by the Mayor, one member of the
Council to be appointed by the Council and five citizens of the municipality to be
appointed by the Council with staggered tenns;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council of
the Borough of Carteret that the following appointment be and is hereby made to the
Board afthe Disabled for the year 2006:
Member CHARLES HELLER 12/3112010
Councilmember SUSAN NAPLES 12/3112006
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 151 day of January, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2006.
