ATTENDEES:
Committee members present: Laura Ward, Jack Deeken, Ron Fitzwater, Erin Wiseman
Staff Present: Gail Strope, Steve Crowell, Ryan Moehlman
Others Present: Carrie Tergin
Meeting came to order at 7:31 a.m. by Councilmember Erin Wiseman. The June 1, 2022 minutes were approved
with a motion by Councilmember Laura Ward, and seconded by Councilmember Jon Hensley. The motion passed
unanimously.
Amending the Personnel Policy Manual, Article 4, Applications and Applicants: Presented by Gail Strope.
A discussion was held to amend wording on advertising and recruiting to help fill staffing needs in a timely
manner.
Appointments: Presented by Gail Strope. The committee made three new appointments. A motion to approve
was made by Councilmember Jon Hensley and seconded by Councilmember Laura Ward. Erin Wisemen
abstained. The motion passed 3-0.
