Jllunicipa1ity to designate a persoll to act as a liaison anù to serve as a Publ1c Agency
Compliance Officer for Affirmative Action; and
\YHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P,L 197C.127 (NJ,AC. 17:27) Public
Contracts Law; and
