MINUTES
Call To Order
The special meeting of the McCall City Council was called to order by Mayor Eimers at
3:OOp.m. Kirk Eimers, Ray Venable, Allan Muller and Ralph Colton answered roll call.
The City staff present included Consuelo Blake, Bill Robertson, Lindley Kirkpatrick and
Kim Trout.
Executive Session
Kirk Eimers moved to go into Executive Session per Idaho Code 67-2345(f) to
consider pending litigation. Allan Muller seconded. At a roll call vote Mr. Eimers,
Mr. Venable, Mr. Muller, and Mr. Colton voted aye. The motion carried.
Ralph Colton moved to come out of Executive Session at 5:OOp.m. Kirk Eimers
seconded. All council members voted aye. The motion carried.
The discussion during executive session was about litigation pertaining to
Montgomery Watson.
Adjournment
Ralph Colton moved to adjourn at 5:OOp.m. Kirk Eimers seconded. All council
members voted aye. The motion carried.
