APPOINTING COORDINATOR TO THE UEZ-ZONE
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

'VUEIĊAS, there is a need to appoint a Coordinator to the Urban Enterprise Zone-
Developmcnt Corporation; and
'VI-IEREAS, it is in the best interest of tbe Borough of Cartcret to make said
appointl.llcnts;
NO'V THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and COlll1ciJ of the Borough
of Carteret do hereby appoint the following to the Urban Enterprise Zone-Development
Corporation of the Borough of Carteret:
Coordinator: ANTHONY NEIBERT 12/31/06
