F45 Training Cookes Crossing Opens in Leesburg
Leesburg, VA (July 30, 2022) – A ribbon cutting was
held on Saturday, July 30 to celebrate the grand
opening of F45 Training Cookes Crossing, in
Leesburg.
The new business offers a mix of Circuit and HIIT style
workouts geared towards everyday movement. Each
day of the week is focused on a different workout
style — strength, cardio, hybrid, and recovery, with
dozens of engaging circuit-based exercises on
offer.
