Annual Closures to Occur at Ida Lee Recreation Center
Leesburg, VA (August 15, 2022) – Within the next
month, a number of closures will occur at Ida Lee Park
Recreation Center. These closures occur annually due
to required maintenance and repair work.
The main swimming pool, auxiliary pool, spa, and
locker rooms are closed now through Sunday,
September 18. The A.V. Symington Aquatic Center is
not affected and will be open normal hours.
Future closures include the multipurpose room, which will be closed from August 22 to
September 5. The group fitness and racquetball courts will be closed from August 22 to 28
while the basketball courts will be closed from August 24 to 31. The fitness locker rooms will
have rolling closures between August 22 and September 5.
