City Council Minutes
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Allan Muller called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at
12:35pm. Ms. Arp, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, and Mr. Venable answered roll call. A
quorum was present. Acting City Manager/City Planner Lindley Kirkpatrick was
present.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Eimers moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345(1 c) to
consider the purchase of property at 12:37pm. Mr. Muller seconded the motion.
At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable voted aye. The
motion carried.
Acting City Clerk Cathleen Koch arrived at 12:55pm.
Mr. Colton moved to come out of executive session at 1:10pm. Mr. Muller
seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr.
Venable voted aye. The motion carried.
Ms. Arp moved to authorize the Mayor to execute the Seubert purchase
agreement as discussed. Mr. Eimers seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr.
Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable voted aye. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Ms. Arp moved to adjourn. Mr. Eimers seconded the
motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried.
The Council adjourned at 1:12pm.
