City Council Minutes
Mayor Muller called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 12:10pm.
Ms. Arp, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, and Mr. Venable answered roll call. A quorum was
present. City staff members present were City Manager Robert Strope City Clerk
Cathleen Koch, Public Works Director Bill Keating and City Planner Lindley Kirkpatrick.
Mr. Muller moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345(1t) to
consider pending litigation at 12:llpm. Mr. Eimers seconded the motion. At a
roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable voted aye. The
motion carried.
The discussion concerned pending litigation.
Mr. Eimers moved to come out of executive session at 4:20pm. Mr. Muller
seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr.
Venable voted aye. The motion carried.
Mr. Eimers moved to direct staff to prepare a Resolution in conformance with the
Water Treatment Plant Committee's recommendation to construct the gravity
filter plant as designed and approved with the condition that water rates will not
be raised. Mr. Muller seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr.
Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable voted aye. The motion carried.
Without further business, Mr. Muller moved to adjourn. Mr. Venable seconded the
motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried. The Council adjourned at
4:23pm.
