HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD16280BILL NO. 2022-066 SPONSORED BY Councilmember Lester ORDINANCE NO. /(2e0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LAND LOCATED IN THE 1200 BLOCK OF WEST STADIUM BOULEVARD FROM C -O OFFICE COMMERCIAL AND C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL AND RA -2 HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF RIDGECREST SUBDIVISION SECTION THREE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI. WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to zoning have in all matters been complied with; and the zoning ordinance requires consistency between the comprehensive plan and the zoning map.
