CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. ,1.5;2..
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RETAINER FEE TO BE
PAID TO THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBER 122, 131, 178,
197, 220, 240, AND ALL OTHER CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
SECTION 1. RETAINER FEE ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established and provided a monthly retainer
fee of $925.00 to be paid to the City Attorney of the City
of Bel Aire, Kansas, effective January 1, 1995.
SECTION 2. REPEAL:
Ordinances Number 122, 131, 178, 197, 220, and 240 are
hereby repealed. All other ordinances or parts of other
ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed. However, ny
section of an existing Ordinance not in conflict her'ewi th is
not repealed and remains in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
a.fter its publication in the Official City Newspaper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bel
