1977, with Mayor pro-tem Lester Huisman presiding and Councilmen
Bausman, Van Deest, and Terfehn present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Van Deest, 2nd by Bausman. Carried.
Van Deest moved, Bausman 2nd allowance
payment:

Net salaries
Postmaster, stamps, certified letters, post cards
Ed Gibson, filling out sewer report forms
Wellsburg Herald, proceedings & claims, revenue
sharing report and notices
Mark Electric, wiring &. materials
Krull Skelly Service, gas & oil
B & B Auto Parts, parts & supplies
Quick -Print Co., water cards
Wellsburg Fire Dept., meetings & fire calls
Ackley Quarries, rock
Hallett Cons. Co., pea gravel
State Hygienic Lab., water analysis

Mid -Equipment, Inc., steel & tarp
Frank Hippen, night watch, net
Cordes Hdwe.,labor & supplies

The treasurer's reports for December and January were approved on
a motion by Van Deest, 2nd by Terfehn. Carried.
Moved by Bausman, 2nd by Terfehn to approve the 3rd and final
reading of an ordinance establishing rules and regulations for obtain-
ing a building permit. Carried.
The meeting stood adjourned on a motion by Van Deest, 2nd by
Terfehn. Carried.

Cordes introduced the following resolution entitled "Resolution
Directing Engineer to Prepare Detailed Plans and Specifications and
Directing Attorney to Prepare Form of Contract and Notice to Bidders
