CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Muller called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 1:03pm.
Ms. Arp, Mr. Muller, Mr. Colton, Mr. Eimers, and Mr. Venable answered roll call. A
quorum was present. City staff members present were Attorney Dave Bieter, City
Manager Robert Strope and City Clerk Cathleen Koch.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Muller moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345(1b) to
consider a personnel matter at 1:04pm. Mr. Eimers seconded the motion.
Mr. Colton asked if Mr. Royal would like to go into executive session. He explained that
Mr. Royal could make the decision. Mr. Royal stated that it was in his best interest to
have the grievance hearing in executive session. Ms. Arp explained that if the meeting
were held in executive session, it would not be a public record.
At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Mr. Colton, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable
voted aye. The motion carried.
The discussion concerned a personnel matter.
Mr. Muller moved to come out of executive session at 3:10pm. Mr. Colton
seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Mr. Colton, Ms.
Arp and Mr. Venable voted aye. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mr. Muller moved to adjourn. Mr. Colton seconded the
motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried. The Council
adjourned at 3:11 pm.
