A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AGREEING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION'S HOME
OWNER- OCCUPIED SINGLE - FAMILY HOUSING REHABILITATION
AND FIRST -TIME BUYER LOAN PROGRAMS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The Los Angeles County Community Development Commission has funds available
to facilitate the purchase or rehabilitation of single - family housing. These programs are available to the
City of Temple City at no cost to the City.
SECTION 2. The City of Temple City agrees to participate in the program by signing the
appropriate memorandum of understanding, completing the necessary forms, promoting the availability of
the programs, assisting in identifying eligible homeowners and providing office space as may be necessary
to interview perspective eligible residents.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and
enter it into the book of original resolutions.
