The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on Monday, November
17, 1969 at 6:40 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - Clerk
All members of the Council present together with William
Rudolph, William Mills, George Gubbins and Paul Gubrud.
General discussion with regard to financial situation. Moved by Harold Winterhalter
to have a special meeting on November 24, 1969 at 5:00 P. M.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:10 P. M.

Wayne Neddermeyer, Rayburn Anderson, Arthur Theis, Harold
Winterhalter and William Rudolph present together with William
Mills and Paul Gubrud.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to call for the issuance of $125,000.00 general
obligation assessment bonds to be sold at the Village Hall on January 8th, 1970
at 7:30 P. M.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried
Moved by Arthur Theis to hire Ehlers and Associates to be our fiscal consultants
for the $125,000.00 general obligation assessment bonds.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
William Mills discussed a letter he had from Wall9rce Doerr with regard to a
drainage ditch and also the situation with the MinnKo#a Company.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
