CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mr. Colton called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 2:02 pm.
Ms. Arp, Mr. Colton, and Mr. Venable answered roll call. A quorum was present. City
staff members present were City Manager Robert Strope and Finance Director/City
Clerk Cathleen Koch.
BUSINESS
Mr. Strope presented change order number 2 for J-Ditch. He explained that it
exceeded his approval authority of $10,000. All the changes are either required by
I DW R or the City.
J-Ditch should be substantially complete by June 1, 2001. The regulatory agencies
require it to be fully operational. Mr. Strope said the City will not be discharging into the
river which is the main objective.
Mr. Venable asked if Wausau is the contractor. Mr. Strope said in essence.
The City has received a claim from St. Clair with potential for litigation.
Ms. Arp moved to approve change order number 2 and authorize the Mayor to
sign. Mr. Colton seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Colton, Ms, Arp and
Mr. Venable voted aye. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Ms. Arp moved to adjourn. Mr. Colton seconded the
motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried. The Council
adjourned at 2:15 pm.
