RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3312
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DESIGNATING A GOVERNING BOARD MEMBER AND
ALTERNATE GOVERNING MEMBER TO THE SAN GABRIEL
VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City adopted a Joint Powers Authority Agreement to become a
member of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments; and
WHEREAS, membership in said organization requires a designated governing board member and
an alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. Bobbie McGowan is hereby selected and designated to serve as the City's governing
board representative.
SECTION 2. Mary Manning is hereby selected and designated to serve as the City's alternate
governing board representative.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of February, 1994, by the

AYES: Councilmember- McGowan, Budds, Manning
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember- Breazeal, Wilson
