CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Muller called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 1:37pm.
Ms. Arp, Mr. Muller, Mr. Colton, Mr. Eimers, and Mr. Venable answered roll call. A
quorum was present. City staff members present were Attorney Susan Buxton, City
Manager Robert Strope and Deputy City Clerk Jean Allen.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Muller moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345(1f) to
consider pending litigation at 1:38pm. Mr. Eimers seconded the motion. At a roll
call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Mr. Colton, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable voted aye.
The motion carried.
Mr. Colton left at 2:48pm.
Ms. Arp moved to come out of executive session at 3:27pm. Mr. Eimers seconded
the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, Ms. Arp and Mr. Venable
voted aye. The motion carried.
The discussion concerned threatened litigation.
BUSINESS
AB 01-133 J-Ditch Defective Work
Ms. Arp moved to direct the City Attorney to negotiate a change order with
Wausau and authorize the City Manager to sign the change order when complete.
Mr. Eimers seconded the motion. At a roll call vote Mr. Muller, Mr. Venable, Ms.
Arp, and Mr. Eimers voted aye. The motion carried.
Mr. Eimers moved to pass Resolution 01-18 as amended and authorize the Mayor
to sign. Ms. Arp seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Venable, Mr. Muller,
Mr. Eimers, and Ms. Arp voted aye. The motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mr. Muller moved to adjourn. Mr. Eimers seconded the
motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried. The Council
adjourned at 3:35pm.
