APPOINTING REDEVELOPMENT COUNSEL
\VHEREAS, there is a need for Redevelopment Counsel in the Borough of Carteret; and
\VUEREAS it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council o[the Borough ofCarteret that

DECOTIIS, FITZPATRICK, COLE & WISLER
WINDELS MARX LANE MITTENDORF
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Redevelopment Counsel, effective January
1, 2006, tenn to expire December 31, 2006.
