CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Colton called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 9:01 am.
Mr. Muller, Mr. Colton and Mr. Kaiser answered roll call. A quorum was present. City
staff members present were City Manager Robert Strope and Deputy City Clerk Jean
Allen.
BUSINESS
AB 02-124 Paver Contract for Central Idaho Historical Museum
Mr. Strope said one of the components of the improvements at the Central Idaho Cultural
Center Museum is the installation of ADA compliant paved pathways and picnic areas.
Bids were solicited for the brick paver installation. Two bids were received. Architectural
Landscaping and Planning Services had the lowest bid at $8260. Funding for the site
improvements is through an RV Grant through the Idaho Department of Parks and
Recreation.
Mr. Kaiser moved to award the contract for the paver installation to Architectural
Landscaping and Planning Services and authorize the City Manager to sign the
required documents. Mr. Colton seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr.
Kaiser, Mr. Colton and Mr. Muller voted aye. The motion carried.
AB 02-125 Water Treatment Plant Landscape Contract
Mr. Strope said the landscape and irrigation portion of the water treatment plant was
removed from CNI's scope of work and bid as a separate project. The sole bid was for
$165,000 which will be reduced to under $130,000 by change order. SMR has approved
that landscape plan as required under our agreement.
Mr. Colton moved to accept the bid from Hillside Nursery Inc., authorize the Mayor
to sign the agreement and authorize the City Manager to sign Change Order 1 and
Notice to Proceed. Mr. Kaiser seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Colton,
Mr. Kaiser and Mr. Muller voted aye. The motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mr. Colton moved to adjourn. Mr. Kaiser seconded the
motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried. The Council
adjourned at 9:1R am.
