City Council Minutes
Mayor Colton called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 9:30 am.
Mr. Muller, Mr. Colton, and Mr. Eimers, answered roll call. A quorum was present. City
staff members present were City Attorney Susan Buxton, City Manager Robert Strope
and Finance Director/City Clerk Cathleen Koch.
Mr. Muller moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345(10 to
consider pending litigation at 9:30 am. Mr. Eimers seconded the motion. At a roll
call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, and Mr. Colton voted aye. The motion carried.
Council recessed at 10:25 am. The meeting reconvened at 10:35 am.
Ray Eldridge, Marc Johnson, and Francisca Araiza-Kasama from Montgomery Watson
joined the meeting when it reconvened at 10:35 am. Mayor Colton asked if they would
like to hold the meeting in open session or as an executive session. Mr. Eldridge said
Montgomery Watson would prefer executive session.
The discussion concerned confidential settlement negotiation relating to pending
litigation with Montgomery Watson.
Mr. Eimers moved to come out of executive session at 10:25 am. Mr. Colton
seconded the motion. At a roll call vote, Mr. Muller, Mr. Eimers, and Mr. Colton
voted aye. The motion carried.
Without further business, Mr. Eimers moved to adjourn. Mr. Colton seconded the
motion. Ail Council Members voted aye. The motion carried. The Council
adjourned at 12:25 pm.
