HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 94-33181 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3318 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A REQUEST BY DAVID YOUNG FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 51817 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 94 -1194 TO ALLOW A RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF SIX DETACHED DWELLING UNITS LOCATED AT 5643 -45 SULTANA AVENUE IN THE HEAVY MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL (R -3) ZONE. (YOUNG) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council on March 15, 1994, and upon the facts contained in the staff report and testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 22, 1994, and findings enumerated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City Council approves the request subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 94- 1728PC. SECTION 2. This project should not result in significant effects upon the environment and a Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the State CEQA Guidelines. The initial statement as prepared indicates there is no potential for adverse impact to the environment as it relates to all wild animals, birds, plants, fish, amphibians, and related ecological communities, including the habitat upon which the wildlife depends for its continued viability. SECTION 3. Accordingly, Tentative Tract Map 51817 and Conditional Use Permit 94 -1194 are approved. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON MARCH 15, 1994.
