CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Eimers convened the special meeting of the McCall City Council at 8:00
am. Mayor Eimers, Council Member Bertram, Council Member Greer, Council
Member Muller, and Council Member Robertson were present. A quorum was
present. City Manager Robert Strope was also present.
BUSINESS
The Council traveled to the Public Works Department and met with Public Works
Director Bill Keating. Community Development Director Lindley Kirkpatrick was also
present.
The Council traveled to the Police Department and met with Chief Ralph Appa.
The City Council moved to the Legion Hall and met with Treasurer Amanda Townsend
and Community Development Director Lindley Kirkpatrick.
The Council moved to the Library and met with Librarian Anne Kantola.
The Council moved to the Legion Hall and met with Parks and Recreation Director
Brock Heasley.
The Council traveled to the Golf Course Clubhouse and met with Golf Course Director
Dan Pillard.

Following lunch, the Council discussed budget priorities for FY05. City staff members
present were Community Development Director Lindley Kirkpatrick, Treasurer Amanda
Townsend, Public Works Director Bill Keating, Police Chief Ralph Appa, Parks and
Recreation Director Brock Heasley, Librarian Anne Kantola, Golf Course Director Dan
Pillard, and Network Administrator Dave Simmonds.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Eimers adjourned the meeting at 4:00 p.m.
