Enclosed is one original of the Memorandum of Understanding executed by the City
of McCall and Idaho Power Company regarding the installation of underground power lines within
the City's rights -of -way. The Memorandum of Understanding is in addition to the McCall franchise
documents that were overnight mailed last Friday, October 10`h.
