McCall City Council
Special Meeting
Wednesday, August 11, 2004
Table of Contents
Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Eimers called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at
2:05 p.m. Mayor Eimers, Council Member Bertram, Council Member Muller, and
Council Member Robertson answered roll call. A quorum was present. City staff
members present were City Manager/Community Development Director Lindley
Kirkpatrick, Treasurer Amanda Townsend, Public Works Director Bill Keating,
Police Chief Ralph Appa, Parks and Recreation Director Brock Heasley, Librarian
Anne Kantola, Golf Course Director Dan Pillard, Airport Manager Kevin Delaney,
Network Administrator Dave Simmonds,
AB 04-136 Council Vision Statement
Vision Statement drafts were distributed from city staff and Council Members Muller,
Eimers, and Bertram.
The Council reviewed the draft statements. There was much discussion and several
revisions were made. Mr. Kirkpatrick was asked to compile the revisions and email a
final draft to Council for adoption at the regular Council meeting August 12, 2004.

Without further business, Mayor Eimers moved to adjourn. Council Member
Muller seconded the motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion
carried. The Council adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
