MMEAS, a request has been made by the Board of Public Works and
Safety of %hmond, Indiana, to transfer the seam of $2,115.30 from
Gameral Fund Cash Operating to Board of Public Works and Safety Account

VMZM, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to
aQpeepriate more money for the various functions of the MV Government
than was appropriated In the annual budget.
