TEXT OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED
JUNE 3, 1968, BY REPEALING ARTICLE 48 ENTITLED "SPECIAL USES"
FROM SAID ORDINANCE 2325.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance 2325-1968, commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, approved
June 3, 1968, is hereby amended by repealing and removing from
the text of Ordinance 2325-1968 as enacted, Article 48, entitled
"Special Uses", and all sub -sections of Article 48 of said Ordi-
nance 2325-1968.
Section 2. That from and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, Article 48 and all sub -sections of Article 48 of Ordi-
nance 2325-1968 are without further force or effect.
Section 3. That Ordinance 2325-1968 be further amended by
the deletion and removal of sub -section 13.20 of Article 13 en-
titled "Definitions" of said Ordinance 2325-1968 and that said sub-
section 13.20 of Article 13 be without further effect or signifi-
cance.
Section 4. That all other provisions of Ordinance 2325-
1968 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, approved June 3, 1968, remain in full force and effect,
subject to the amendments herein made.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall have full force and
effect upon approval and publication as required by law.
