City Council Minutes
Mayor Eimers called the regular meeting of the McCall City Council to order at
10:00 a.m. Council Member Bertram, Council Member Muller, Council Member
Robertson, and Mayor Eimers answered roll call. Council Member Greer was
excused. A quorum was present.
City staff members present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Roger Millar,
Community Development Director/Deputy City Manager; Kim Trout Special Legal
Counsel; and David Krueck, Special Legal Counsel.
At 10:01a.m., Council Member Robertson moved to go into executive session per
Idaho Code 67-2345(lf) to consider pending litigation. Council Member Bertram
seconded the motion. In a roll call vote, Mayor Eimers, Council Member Bertram,
Council Member Robertson and Council Member Muller voted aye. The motion
carried.
The discussion pertained to pending litigation.
Without further business, Mayor Eimers moved to adjourn. Council Member
Muller seconded the motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion
carried. The Council adjourned at 2:35 p.m.
