RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3327
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY DESIGNATING A GOVERNING BOARD MEMBER
AND ALTERNATE GOVERNING MEMBER TO THE SAN GABRIEL
VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City adopted a Joint Powers Authority Agreement to become
a member of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments; and
WHEREAS, membership in said organization requires a designated governing board member
and an alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. Harry Budds is hereby selected and designated to serve as the City's governing
board representative.
SECTION 2. Chuck Souder is hereby selected and designated to serve as the City's alternate
governing board representative.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of May, 1994.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1994, by the

NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
