CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Council President Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City
Council to order at 9:00 a.m. Council Member Bertram, Council Member Greer
(via telephone), and Council Member Robertson answered roll call. A quorum
was present.
City staff members present were City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick, Community
Development Director Roger Millar, and Public Works Director Bill Keating.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 9:01 a.m., Council Member Robertson moved to go into executive session per
Idaho Code 67-2345(1f) to discuss pending litigation. Council Member Bertram
seconded the motion. In a roll call vote, Council Member Bertram, Council
Member Robertson and Council Member Greer voted aye. The motion carried.
Council Member Greer was not available to participate by telephone after 9:05 a.m.,
and the telephone call was disconnected.
The discussion pertained to pending litigation.
The Council returned to regular session at 4:04 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Council Member Robertson moved to adjourn. Council
Member Bertram seconded the motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion
carried. The Council adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
