CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at
3:35 pm. Council Member Don Bailey, Council Member Bonnie Bertram, Council
Member Mike Kraemer, Mayor Bill Robertson and Council Member Laura Scott
answered roll call. A quorum was present.
City staff members present were City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick, Community
Development Director Roger Millar, Public Works Director Bill Keating, Special Counsel
Kim Trout, Special Counsel David Krueck, and City Attorney Bill Nichols.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 3:35 pm, Mayor Robertson moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code
67-2345(1f) to discuss pending litigation. Council Member Bertram seconded the
motion. In a roll call vote, Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram,
Council Member Kraemer, Mayor Robertson and Council Member Scott voted aye.
The motion carried.
The discussion pertained to pending litigation.
The Council returned to regular session at 7:00 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Robertson moved to adjourn. Council Member
Bertram seconded the motion. All Council Members voted aye. The motion carried.
The Council adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
